SAND BLASTING

We believe that the preparation process is the key to achieving the best finished result.  Therefore, we use only the highest quality blasting media, which in turn provides the optimum adhesion for a quality long lasting finish that you can enjoy for years to come.  Plus, having our own On-Site experienced sandblasting department allows us to better control the quality and completion time of your project, while at the same time keeping the cost low.   

Our sandblasting booth measures roughly 10'x10'x20' which allows us the capabilities of handling larger items such as;  window channel, window frame, solar channel, solar frame, aluminum channel, truck racks, automotive chassis/frames, outdoor furniture, gates, fencing, or any other large fabricated items.  Our booth and sand blast cabinets, also allow us to do smaller parts (ex. suspension parts, bicycles, wheels, rims, nuts, bolts, etc...)

PHOSPHATE WASH

Phosphate is an excellent alternative to sandblasting whenever using new steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.  Phosphate wash basically uses a chemical process to create the same adhesion quality as media blasting, but without having to 'break' the surface of the metal/steel/aluminum prior to powder coating.  It also allows you the option of having us apply a clear coat powder finish, while keeping that "raw steel" look.
